We do this through curated monthly events, sharing tools and resources, co-created tools and resources, and cross pollination of cross generational knowledge sharing.
Bridge all levels of DEIB Practitioners
We do this by sharing our networks, opportunities, and when we can, give time to each other.
No tax to you
We do not charge DCG Members to be a part of the community. We believe we get charged enough: gaslighting, microaggressions, getting laid off first, getting tapped on first during crisis, family not respecting our work, our pay not reflecting our value, etc. Instead our dream is to gather donations and sponsors from organizations who understand the power of DEIB work and the people moving that work forward.
